You are ready to travel on that trip (might be vacation or business related) and you have also decide that you need a new luggage. But how can you choose a new luggage that would be suitable for you?
There are many different types and shapes of luggages. This is evident if you go to a store that sells luggages. In the store, there are many types of luggages that would confuse and entice you. How can you overcome this confusion and enticement? This is where this article comes in handy.
Before you choose a luggage to buy, you have to decide if the luggage is right for you. The factors include
1. Trip Duration
If you going to stay for 1 week, you do not need to pack much things compared to if you are going on a trip for 3 month. The length of the trip dictates the size of your luggage. You don't want to carry things that you don't need. Or you don't want to go for a trip without some necessary things because you had a small luggage.
2. Type of luggage
If you are going for a short trip, you might decide to choose either a back pack, duffel bag or a smaller wheeled luggage. For a long trip, it is recommended to use a bigger luggage.
3. Your Budget.
There are different prices of luggages. These luggages serve the same purposes i.e. to carry what you want to take to the trip. The only difference is that it is made by different companies or different designers. Designers luggage are usually are usually stylish.
4. Amount of Luggage pieces
You have to decide how many pieces you need. For a short trip, you can decide if you just want to use a back pack and a duffel bag or to use a bigger luggage. Both choices would still get the job done.
5. Material of Luggage
A luggage can be a soft or hard luggage. A soft luggage is made of fabrics while a hard luggage is made of harden plastics. Both soft and hard luggages have their advantages and disadvantages.
6. Size of your Luggage
If you are going back to your country, and you plan off taking back items as gift to people, it is advisable to use a big luggage. This would enable you to carry as much as you can.
